UAE Office & Supply Chain Nexus

Entity Name: InterContinental Transit & Global Procurement LLC

Role: The Operational & Logistics Hub

Function: Located in a premier UAE , this physical hub manages the international procurement pipeline and the transit of commercial goods. It directly interfaces and negotiates with manufacturers and global suppliers to coordinate fulfillment, working in strict compliance with the UAE Economic Substance Regulations (ESR).

Entity Name: InterContinental Services for Commercial Sourcing LLC

Role: The Frontline Merchant & Procurement Portal

Function: Operating from a secured headquarters in Baghdad, our local office manages merchant relationship onboarding, localized "Know Your Business" (KYB) vetting, and commercial supply chain documentation. This office maintains direct, real-time reporting links with local partner institutions and customs enforcement to ensure the transparency of every procurement request.
